Step 1 | Connecting Your Unit: Plug the unit into a computer USB port capable of charging via USB. The computer may not detect the Link and instead only detect the devices plugged into the unit's USB ports.

Step 2 | Connecting A Power Source: When connecting a mobile device into a connected Link, your device should begin to charge.

If the unit plugged into a power source and the connected mobile device does not charge ...
• The unit may have entered short-circuit protection mode. This can happen when you are using a faulty cable or the wiring of the cable is not compatible with your mobile device. As a safety feature the unit will shut down to avoid damaging the mobile device. To retry, plug the Link back in to the mobile device and power source, or try using a different power source.
• Make sure your mobile device is not already fully charged.
• Older mobile devices may support the connection but not accept charging via USB. Check the manual of the device you are trying to charge to see if your device is compatible.
• A small percentage of mobile devices are wired to be incompatible with universal cables, and are therefore incompatible with the PowerLink.
• The majority of iPhones, iPods and iPads will charge with the PowerLink, however, we are aware that some customers with a particular OSX, firmware version, or handset have experienced problems when using third party charging cables. In these rare cases, the PowerLink is not compatible

The Unit Is Getting Hot.
This is a perfectly normal feature of charging electronics when in use. Expect the Unit to get pretty hot! But don't worry, our unit is extremely heat resistant!

The Device Charges For A Short Time And Then Stops.
There is a possibility the connection between devices was interrupted, this can happen on devices that turn off power output on their USB ports when entering standby mode or if it is not actively in use in order to save power.
If this happens try connecting the unit to a stable USB power source and ensure it does not enter sleep or standby mode.

All products are generally guaranteed to be free from defects within 1 year after delivery to your supplier. This means although 1 year warranty is offered on your unit, you will need to contact your supplier for the exact warranty date. Due to these procedures we generally offer an extra month on the warranty to account for possible delays in the unit reaching the end user.

The unit is covered for any defects within this warranty period with the exception of general wear and tear caused by frequent use.

We will cover any defect in the LED or LID systems due to wiring faults, soldering faults or casing deformations. If an international short circuit or intentional malicious damage is found the unit is not covered under warranty.

Units that have been opened by any part or accidently damaged by any users or suppliers are not covered.
